What we collect
- Enquiries. Name, company, phone, email, site postcode and anything you type into the form.
- Job applications. Name, contact details, SIA licence number, work history and right-to-work documents.
- Site records. Sign-in sheets, patrol records and occurrence reports, which may name people who attend a site.
- Website use. Standard server logs. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — because you asked us to.
- To provide the service and keep records of it — to perform our contract with you.
- To meet licensing, insurance and tax obligations — because the law requires it.
How long we keep it

Who else sees it
Our web host, email provider and accountant, each acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
